- up to $3,000 in geographic designed area’s
- up to $5,000 in tartget area’s
- up to $10,000 in tartget area’s for Police, Fireman employed by Ogden City.
Funds are a 2nd mortgage with no payments. IF you live in the house for 5 years, the loan is forgiven and wiped away with no repayment of the funds required.
Restrictions:
a) Cannot currently own nor have owned a property in the past 3 years.
b) Must be in a certain geographic boundary in the city of Ogden.
