Fred has been in the sales industry for 35 years. Prior to working in real estate, Fred owned a wholesale distribution company, distributing to companies all over the country. Fred received his real estate license in 1985 and obtained the coveted CRS designation in a record 2 years and become an Associate Broker in 3 years. He has always been very committed to education and professionalism. As a real estate agent for the past 21 years, Fred has served on several committees including the Salt Lake Board of Directors, Utah Association Board of Directors, The Wasatch Front Board of Directors and served on several committees such as Community Service, Professional Standards and Habitat for Humanity. Fred is an active member of the local Rotary Club and enjoys providing community service within this premiere organization. Fred also heavily supports the Boys and Girls Club of Salt Lake.
I have been the the Real Estate Industry since 1985 and an REO Broker since 1992. I am very dedicated to education and have been awarded the highest designations that the industry offers.
