DAVID BELLESSA – Park City
Hilma and David Bellessa are partners in a real estate practice centered in Heber City and Midway, Utah that extends to all of Summit and Wasatch counties.
Prior to establishing their Utah real estate practice, Hilma and David achieved success in other career fields complementary to their current real estate careers.
After teaching school, starting and managing a clothing company, and gaining experience in interior design, home construction, and high-end property sales, Hilma returned to the Heber Valley where she is a fourth generation resident. Since returning to Utah, Hilma has won many sales awards and she and David have earned the loyalty and friendship of many clients based on their effective and professional performance.
Originally from Seattle and a graduate of BYU, David enjoyed a successful advertising and marketing career with a number of Fortune 500 companies before discovering the joy of four season living in Utah.
Hilma and David share an interest in historic properties and Hilma serves on the Midway Historic Preservation Committee and the Midway Beautification Committee. Both are active members of their church and the Midway boosters. David volunteers at the Park City Resort as a mountain host. In addition to skiing, golf and gardening are special interests.
